Seller set the item's declared value and must comply with customs declaration laws.

As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:

  • You have 7 days to contact us and 14 days to return it from the date it was received, return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
  • All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number and also (if it possible) the reason of return.
  • In case of returning the item you need to contact our customer service for the instructions and be ready to cover the cost of the return shipping.
  • After the parcel will be arrive back at our warehouse, you PayPal account will be fully refunded within 2 business days (original price plus cost of shipping to you).
  • We accept PayPal, as this payment system supports all major types of credit and debit cards, which are using in the world.  We do not accept any other form of payment.  Sorry, but where are no exceptions.
  • All items will be shipped within 7 (seven) business day to your PayPal address. Please be patient, because we need several time to prepare your order. We will only ship to your PayPal verified address, we are hoping for your understanding.  While this may seem like a "customer unfriendly" policy, this is a fraud prevention technique and is for the consumer's protection, as well as ours.  It is also per PayPal policy.  If you do not hear from us, please assume your package went out as promised.  We will only contact you if there is a problem.  You will receive the tracking number of the parcel via e-mail within 1 (one) business day since the shipping will be done.
  • All items are shipped by Latvian Post Express Mail Service (EMS) or TNT Express.  Please note that the TNT delivery is available in not of all countries due to technical reasons. For example, currently TNT delivery is non-active for customers from Russia and CIS countries. Please check the delivery options for your country before making the order.
  • TO USA CUSTOMERS:  Most times, your package will arrive in about 7-10 days after we ship them depending on where you are at.  However, lately the Post Office it seems has not been very cooperative with us and we've had a couple of customers wait a few days longer than that.  For that, we apologize.  Please understand that we cannot control the United States Postal Service, so we can't guarantee a delivery time.  Please wait at least a week and half before you get all upset with us.  And if it still doesn't show up, contact us.  We've yet to knowingly have a customer who is not satisfied.  The only unhappy customers we have are those that don't bother to contact us and don't give us a chance to fix the problem for them.
  • TO NON-USA CUSTOMERS:  Same deal above, except your packages typically have been taking about 2 weeks or so after we ship them.  We've noticed that maybe 20% of overseas customers have been waiting as long as 4+ weeks for these shipments.  The only explanation we can come up with is that it must be stuck in some container in some dock waiting on customs clearance.  It happens, and for those 20% of customers, we apologize, but there is very little we can do about that.  Your parcel will arrive or we will refund it.
  • We are currently shipping worldwide. No exclusions for any countries. But we are reserving the right to change shipping options or temporarily freeze the shipping to the countries in which we can potentially get the high ratio of lost or damaged parcels.
  • Multiple items purchased by the same customer may or may not be shipped in the same package, at our discretion.  We do not offer any additional discounts on multiple items other than the ones noted above.
  • Every effort has been made to accurately describe the contents of this collection.  On very rare occasions, typographical errors may occur and we may make an innocent mistake.  These items are described to the very best of our abilities, and in as much detail as possible.
